Schedule Description：

對于電(diàn)動機控制單元，要求具(jù)備與其它CPU通信的接口、高性能(néng)CPU、大容量内置存儲器、高速高精(jīng)度A/D轉換器，支持電(diàn)動機控制的專用(yòng)定時器單元。瑞薩公(gōng)司為(wèi)滿足上述要求，提供了SH族、M16C族及H8S族。此外，還提供了電(diàn)動機專用(yòng)驅動IC（M59314）及PowerMOS（第7代）。
